Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and well taken care of with every purchase at VV Gallery.

1. Cash Refund Policy

VV Gallery does not issue cash refunds. All eligible returns, cancellations, or approved adjustments are processed in the form of store credit or merchandise exchange towards any other in-stock furniture, bedroom suites, or mattresses.

2. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window

If you need to make an exchange, you must notify our showroom within 14 calendar days of receiving your merchandise. To be eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • The item must be in brand-new, original condition with no signs of wear, stains, pet hair, or damage.
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice number) must be provided.
  • All accessories, power adapters, LED controls, and assembly hardware must be included.

3. Mattresses & Bedding Hygiene

Due to strict health and sanitation regulations, mattresses, box springs, and bedding accessories that have been unsealed or removed from their factory protective plastic cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to test mattress comfort in our showroom before finalizing your order.

4. Floor Models, Clearance, & Special Orders

All items marked as Floor Model, As-Is, Clearance Special, or custom special orders shipped directly from external manufacturer catalogs are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery / Pickup

We take great care when handling your furniture. We kindly ask all customers to thoroughly inspect all pieces upon delivery or pickup:

  • If any item appears damaged or defective during transit, notify our delivery driver immediately or call us at (847) 306-0959 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a swift replacement piece, service inspection, or touch-up at no additional charge.
