3. Delivery Preparation Checklist

To ensure a smooth delivery day:

• Please measure all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and turns to confirm your selected sofa or mattress set will fit.
• Ensure walkways and driveways are clear of vehicles, snow, ice, or obstructions.
• Please have someone available at home during your scheduled delivery window to review your items and confirm everything arrived safely.

4. Ashley Furniture & Special Catalog Orders

For custom catalog items and partner orders (including Ashley Furniture pieces), items are shipped directly to our DeKalb hub and typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days. As soon as your order is received and quality-checked by our team, we will call you to arrange your preferred delivery date.
